Village Board Meeting — Minutes

Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, July 1, 2025 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Renee Switalla - present, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Buchholz/Wepner m/s/c to approve the June 17, 2025 regular meeting minutes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the audited bills for $39,192.01, and the interim bills for $20,628.60. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Yaeger to approve splitting lot 2, on Freedom Way, into 2 parcels. Roll call – all ayes. Timm/Yaeger to approve the listing contract, for the TIDs, as presented by Scott Wessel from WI Real Estate Co. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Wepner to approve the sale of Lot 1, on Freedom Way, to Brian and Cynthia Veara for $39,900. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Buchholz to authorize William Switalla to sign the deed for the Freedom Way sale. Roll call vote – all ayes. Buchholz/Yaeger to raise the Water rates, by 3%, beginning the 1 st Quarter of 2026. Roll call vote – 4 ayes with Renee Switalla, William Switalla and Dave Timm voting no. Gatz/Wepner m/s/c to adjourn at 6:55pm.
