Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, April 15, 2025 following the Reorganizational Meeting Meeting was called to order, at 6:06 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Renee Switalla - present, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – absent, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Buchholz/Wepner m/s/c to approve the April 1, 2025 regular meeting minutes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the audited bills for $29,691.941, and the interim bills for $1,296.96. Roll call vote – all ayes.
