Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, April 1, 2025 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Renee Switalla - present, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Yaeger/Buchholz m/s/c to approve the March 18, 2025 regular meeting minutes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the audited bills for $171,338.85, and the interim bills for $107,358,11. Roll call vote – all ayes. Yaeger/Buchholz to hire Michael Weisensel for Public Works. Roll call vote – all ayes. Buchholz/Gatz m/s/c to adjourn at 6:40pm.
