Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, March 18, 2025 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Renee Switalla - present, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Buchholz/Wepner m/s/c to approve the March 4, 2025 regular meeting minutes. Yaeger/Buchholz m/s/c to deviate as needed. Buchholz/Yaeger to approve going into a managed service contract with Cirrinity, for cyber security, for $2,200 up front and $540 per month. Roll call vote – all ayes R.Switalla/Gatz to approve a picnic license for WOW’s Kentucky Derby Gala. Roll call – all ayes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the audited bills for $100,352.30, and the interim bills for $545.93. Roll call vote – all ayes. R.Switalla/Wepner m/s/c to adjourn at 7:08pm.
