Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, February 18, 2025 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Renee Switalla - present, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Yaeger/Gatz m/s/c to approve the February 4, 2025 regular meeting minutes. Timm/R.Switalla to approve the audited bills for $68,649.90, and the interim bills for $352,462.56. Roll call vote – all ayes. Yaeger/Buchholz to implement the parking rules, and passes, for the Municipal parking lot. Gatz/Buchholz m/s/c to adjourn at 7:05pm.
