Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, February 4, 2025 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Renee Switalla - present, Barb Buchholz - absent, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Also present: Emmalita Low and Dustin Hanson R.Switalla/Wepner m/s/c to approve the January 21, 2025 regular meeting minutes. Timm/Yaeger to approve the audited bills for $13,348.31, and the interim bills for $6,732.08 Roll call vote – all ayes. Gatz/R.Switalla m/s/c to adjourn at 7:27pm.
