Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, January 21, 2025 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Renee Switalla - present, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – absent, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – absent. Also present: Travis Rose and James Sterk Wepner/R.Switalla m/s/c to approve the January 7, 2025 regular meeting minutes. W.Switalla/Buchholz m/s/c to deviate from agenda as needed. R.Switalla/Buchholz to approve Ordinance 5:09(6) regarding Fire Inspection frequency. Roll call vote – all ayes. R.Switalla/Buchholz to approve a zoning change, from commercial to single family residential, for Travis Rose. Roll call vote – all ayes. R.Switalla/Buchholz to approve a picnic license for Wittenberg Historical Society for February 21. Roll call vote – all ayes. R.Switalla/Wepner to approve a picnic license for Wowspace Dueling Pianos for February 7. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the audited bills for $28,555.82, and the interim bills for $165, 663.81. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Buchholz m/s/c to renew our CoVantage Sewer CD for 1 year. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Wepner m/s/c to meet with Ehlers to see what they can offer for investments. Buchholz/Wepner m/s/c to adjourn at 6:43 pm.
