Village Meeting — Minutes

Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, January 7, 2025 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present (arrived at 6:11), Renee Switalla - present, Barb Buchholz - absent, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – absent. Also present: Joel Yaeger Gatz/Timm m/s/c to approve the December 17, 2024 regular meeting minutes. W.Switalla/Gatz m/s/c to deviate from agenda a needed. R.Switalla/Timm to purchase a skid steer, with 3 attachments (and larger wheels) for $62,195. Roll cal l vote – all ayes. Wepner/Gatz to approve a quote from Straight Line Fence, for the Dog Park, for $39,930. Roll call v ote – all ayes. Timm/Wepner to approve the audited bills for $19,930.96, and the interim bills for $41,44 8.31. Roll call vote – all ayes. R.Switalla/Wepner m/s/c to adjourn at 6:40 pm.
