Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, December 17, 2024 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Renee Switalla - absent, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Also present: Mike Parker and Loren Fischer. Yaeger/Buchholz m/s/c to approve the December 3, 2024 regular meeting minu tes. W.Switalla/Gatz m/s/c to deviate from agenda a needed. W.Switalla/Wepner to approve the Loren Fischer Excavating bid of $131,000 and the Parker Contractin g bid of $58,025.50 to complete the dog park. Roll call vote – 5 ayes, with Timm voting no. Buchholz/Wepner to approve Resolution 2024-14, to renew the Street/Sidewalk CD for 3 months, adding $50,000. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the audited bills for $27,655.11, and the interim bills for $332. 28. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Wepner to approve the 2025 Senior Meal contract for $1.00. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Wepner to approve the 2025 Animal Control Contract, for the prices states. Rol call vote – all ayes. Wepner/Gatz m/s/c to adjourn at 7:32 pm.
