Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, December 3, 2024 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Renee Switalla - present, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – absent, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Also present: Tim Vreeland Yaeger/R.Switalla m/s/c to approve the November 19, 2024 regular meeting minutes. R.Switalla/Wepner to approve Resolution 2024-13, for a transfer of $200,000 from the LGIP account to the Gen eral Checking at Assoc. Bank. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the audited bills for $23,266.98, and the interim bills for $5,79 8.71. Roll call vote – all ayes. Yaeger/Buchholz to approve the plat map for the Northside 45 Development project. Roll call vote – all ayes. Wepner/Buchholz m/s/c to adjourn at 6:44 pm.
