Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Monday, November 4, 2024 Meeting was called to order, at 6:02 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – absent, Renee Switalla - present, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Also present: Lee Pulaski and Tammy Potrykus. Yaeger/Gatz m/s/c to approve the October 15, 2024 regular meeting minutes, the October 22 special meeting minutes. Buchholz/Timm m/s/c to deviate from agenda as needed. Yaeger/Gatz to extend the Water & Sewer mains on Liberty Drive, for up to $40,000. Roll call vote – all ayes Yaeger/Gatz to approve the Village website upgrade for $2,120. Roll call vote – all ayes. R.Switalla/Buchholz to approve a picnic license for the Helping Hand Foundation, for Winter Wonderland. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the audited bills for $2,727.57, and the interim bills for $29,748.12. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the 2025 budget as published. Roll call vote – all ayes. Gatz/Buchholz to approve Hanson’s for one hour of work at the dog park. Roll call vote – all ayes. Buchholz/Gatz m/s/c to adjourn at 6:51 pm.
