Village Meeting — Minutes

Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, October 15, 2024 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Renee Switalla - present, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – absent, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Also present: Mary Jo Miller, Martenson & Eisele. Yaeger/Buchholz m/s/c to approve the October 1, 2024 regular meeting minutes, the October 3 special meeting minutes and the October 9 special meeting minutes. Switalla/Wepner m/s/c to deviate from agenda as needed. Switalla/Buchholz to change the November 5th public hearing and board meeting, to Monday, November 4 th due to the election. Roll call vote – all ayes. Yaeger/Wepner to permanently change he Clerk’s office hours to M-Th, 7:30-5, closed on Fridays. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the audited bills for $140,877.27, and the interim bills for $3,292.59. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Yaeger to approve the Fire and Ambulance contracts for 2025. Roll call vote – all ayes. Wepner/Timm to approve the Hoekstra Logging quote, for the Dog Park, for $18,750. Roll call vote – all ayes. Wepner/R.Switalla m/s/c to adjourn at 7:30 pm.
