Village Meeting — Minutes

Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, September 3, 2024 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – absent, Renee Switalla - present, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Also present: Lee Pulaski and Sharon Beversdorf. Yaeger/Gatz m/s/c to approve the August 20, 2024 regular meeting minutes and the August 20, 2024 public hearing minutes. R.Switalla/Gatz to approve a Class B beverage license for Wittenberg Lanes. Roll call vote – all ayes. R.Switalla/Yaeger to approve Resolution 2024-12 to transfer funds from the TID’s in general checking to the TID accounts in the LGIP. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the audited bills for $62,403.86, and the interim bills for $4,205.03. Roll call vote – all ayes. Gatz/Buchholz to approve a quote from Hoekstra Logging, for $5,000, to remove trees/brush, at the dog park, and put into a pile for burning. Roll call vote – all ayes.
