Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, August 6, 2024 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Tanya Lange- absent, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – absent. Also present: Jan Kraetsch, Jeff and Pam Suehring. Buchholz/Gatz m/s/c to approve the July 16, 2024 regular meeting minutes. Switalla/Buchholz m/s/c to deviate from agenda as needed. Timm/Buchholz to approve a zoning change, for the Northside 45 Development, from Commercial to Residential/Single/Two Family/Commercial Mix District. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Wepner to allow the Northside 45 Development to extend Sue Alan Dr.to Hwy 45. Roll call vote – 4 ayes with Buchholz voting no. Timm/Buchholz to approve the audited bills for $23,248.07, and the interim bills for $37,584.38. Roll call vote – all ayes. Switalla/Buchholz to hire Straight Line Fence LLC to do the work at the Village Dog Park, for approximately $40,000. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the street bid, from Northeast Asphalt, for $91,500 to work on sections of Vinal St., Front St. and Mill Street. Roll call vote – all ayes.
