Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, June 18, 2024 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – absent, Tanya Lange – present, Barb Buchholz - absent, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – absent. Also present: Jan Kraetsch Yaeger/Gatz m/s/c to approve the June 4, 2024 regular meeting minutes, and the June 11, 2024 special meeting minutes. Switalla/Timm m/s/c to deviate from the agenda as needed. Lange/Gatz to approve Class A Liquor License for: Dollar General. Roll call vote – all ayes. Lange/Gatz to approve Class B Liquor Licenses for: Tavern Front and Village Inn. Roll call v ote – all ayes Lange/Timm to approve Cigarette License for Dollar General. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Lange to approve the audited bills for $27,242.26, and the interim bills for $16,6 73.59. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Lange to approve the WMCA convention costs, for the clerk, for approximately $700. Roll c all vote – all ayes. Timm/Lange m/s/c to adjourn at 7:03 pm.
