Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, May 21, 2024 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Tanya Lange – present, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Also present: Ava Romualdo. Yaeger/Lange m/s/c to approve the May 7, 2024 public hearing minutes, and the May 7, 2024 regular board meeting minutes. Switalla/Wepner m/s/c to deviate from the agenda as needed. Timm/Buchholz to approve the 2023 audit report, as presented by KerberRose S.C.. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the interim bills for $1,616.40, and the audited bills for $46,593.87. Roll call vote – all ayes. Gatz/Buchholz m/s/c to adjourn at 7:16 pm.
