Village Meeting — Minutes

Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, April 16, 2024 Meeting was called to order, at 6:23 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Tanya Lange – present, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – absent, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Also present: Lee Pulaski and Harry Allen from Ehler’s. Buchholz/Wepner m/s/c to approve the April 2, 2024 regular meeting minutes. Switalla/Yaeger m/s/c to deviate from agenda as necessary. Lange/Buchholz to approve Resolution 2024-05 to close Tax Incremental District #1. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the interim bills for $4,152.95, and the audited bills for $33,232.76. Roll call vote – all ayes. Yaeger/Buchholz to approve the quote, from Krueger Electric, for electrical work in Washington Park, for $8,970. Roll call vote – 5 ayes, with Timm voting no.
