Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, April 2, 2024 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm by Acting Village President, Paul Yaeger – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Tanya Lange – present, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – absent, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Buchholz/Gatz m/s/c to approve the March 19, 2024 regular meeting minutes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the interim bills for $28,795.27, and the audited bills for $252.692.96. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Lange to approve the Becher-Hoppe contract, for the sidewalk project, for approximately $41,500. Roll call vote – all ayes. Lange/Wepner to approve the Schoenike Septic quote of $2,240 for Community Days toilets. Roll call vote – all ayes. Lange/Gatz m/s/c to adjourn at 6:40 pm.
