Village Meeting — Minutes

Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, March 19, 2024 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – absent, Tanya Lange – present, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – absent, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Also present: Eric Steigerwald, Devin Krueger & Angie Johnson. Lange/Yaeger m/s/c to approve the February 29 special meeting minutes, the March 5, 2024 plan commission public hearing minutes, and the March 5, 2024 regular board meeting minutes. Switalla/Buchholz m/s/c to deviate from the agenda as needed. Yaeger/Buchholz m/s/c to get bids to increase the amps to 400 on each side of Wahington Park. Timm/Buchholz to approve the interim bills for $567.68, and the audited bills for $28.911.05. Roll call vote – all ayes. Lange/Yaeger m/s/c to approve a new streetlight at Grand & Webb, by the crosswalk, for approximately $1,800. Lange/Buchholz to approve the TPP and Acquisition Statement for the sidewalk project.
