Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, March 5, 2024 Meeting was called to order, at 6:08 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Tanya Lange – present, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Also present: Lee Pulaski, Dick Beversdorf, Peter Thillman, Jerry Aanonsen, and Harry Allen from Ehler’s. Yaeger/Lange m/s/c to approve the February 20, 2024 regular meeting minutes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the interim bills for $19,585.25, and the audited bills for $20,507.58. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Wepner to approve the Development Agreement with Natanjuco LLC .
