Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, February 20, 2024 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Tanya Lange – present, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Also present: Lee Pulaski and Joel Yaeger. Gatz/Wepner m/s/c to approve the February 6, 2024 regular meeting minutes. Lange/Wepner to approve a picnic license for WOW’s Murder Mystery Theatre. Roll call vote – all ayes. Lange/Gatz to approve a picnic license for WOE’s Spring Gala. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Lange to approve the interim bills for $25,569.48, and the audited bills for $319,520.30. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Yaeger to approve a quote, from Carpet City, for $2,332.13, to replace the kitchen floor. Roll call vote – all ayes. Yaeger/Buchholz to make repairs to the S&W PLC’s and radios – not to exceed $90,000. Roll call vote – all ayes. Switalla/Wepner m/s/c to adjourn at 6:44 pm.
