Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, January 2, 2024 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Tanya Lange – absent, Barb Buchholz - absent, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – absent. Also present: James Sterk Gatz/Wepner m/s/c to approve the December 19, 2023 regular meeting minutes. Timm/Gatz to approve the interim bills for $23,700.15, and the audited bills for $19,134.62.
