Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, December 19, 2023 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – absent, Tanya Lange – present, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – absent. Buchholz/Gatz m/s/c to approve the December 5, 2023 regular meeting minutes. Lange/Buchholz to approve Resolution 2023-08, to close the Public Works CD, with an approximate value of $116,035. Roll call vote – all ayes. Lane/Buchholz to approve Resolution 2023-09, to renew the Street & Sidewalk CD, for 1 year, adding an additional $17,000. Roll call vote – all ayes Lange/Gatz to approve Resolution 2023-10, to renew the Water CD, for 2 years, adding an additional $25,000. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the interim bills for $1,658.56, and the audited bills for $28,121.49. Roll call vote – all ayes Timm/Lange to approve the Senior Meal contract, for 2024, for $1.00.
