Village Meeting — Minutes

Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, December 5, 2023 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Tanya Lange – present, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – absent, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Also present were: Peter Thillman from SCEPI, Harry Allen from Ehlers, and Development Corp members Richard Beversdorf, Jerry Aanonsen & Shane Resch. Buchholz/Wepner m/s/c to approve the November 21, 2023 regular meeting minutes. Switalla/Yaeger m/s/c to deviate from agenda as needed. Timm/Buchholz to approve the interim bills for $15,914.48, and the audited bills for $2,340.33. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Wepner to approve the 2024 Animal Control contract, with the Town, for $200. Roll call vote – all ayes. Buchholz/Wepner to approve the election inspectors, for the 2024/25 cycle, as presented. Roll call vote – all ayes. Switalla/Buchholz to enter into closed session, with Thillman, Allen and the Devel. Corp members, for 19.85(1)(e) to discuss the TID#4 proposal. Roll call vote – all ayes. Buchholz/Lange to reconvene into open session to ratify any decisions made in closed. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Lange to approve the client discloser for TID#3, with Ehlers, for $11,500. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the client discloser for TID#4, with Ehlers, for $17,000. Roll call vote – all ayes. Buchholz/Wepner m/s/c to adjourn at 6:50 pm.
