Village Meeting — Minutes

Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, November 21, 2023 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – absent, Tanya Lange – present, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Buchholz/Lange m/s/c to approve the November 7, 2023 regular meeting minutes, and the November 7, 2023 public hearing minutes. Switalla/Yaeger m/s/c to deviate from agenda as needed. Timm/Buchholz to approve the interim bills for $179.09, and the audited bills for $80,556.53. Roll call vote – all ayes. Buchholz/Gatz m/s/c to adjourn at 6:35 pm.
