Village Meeting — Minutes

Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, October 17, 2023 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – absent, Devin Krueger – present, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Also present: Lee Pulaski, Tanya Lange, Ben and James Sterk. Buchholz/Krueger m/s/c to approve the October 3, 2023 regular meeting minutes, and the October 12, 2023 special meeting minutes. Switalla/Yaeger m/s/c to deviate from agenda as needed. There was a discussion about a private driveway bump, upgrading the electrical in the Fire/Amb building, and a phone call discussion, with Mary Jo from Martenson & Eisele, regarding the sidewalk project. Yaeger/Buchholz m/s/c to accept Devin Krueger’s resignation from the board, due to the fact that he is moving out of the Village, effective Oct. 18, 2023. Switalla/Yaeger m/s/c to appoint Tanya Lange to the open board seat, f or the remainder of the term, as of Oct. 18, 2023. Timm/Yaeger to approve the interim bills for $2,980.22 and the audited bills for $67,266.36. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the renewal of the Harter’s Disposal contract for 5 years. Roll call vote – all ayes. Krueger/Buchholz m/s/c to adjourn at 7:18 pm.
