Town of Angelica Board of Review May 19, 2026 The first session of Board of Review for the Town of Angeli ca was held at 5:00 p.m., May 19, 2026. Town Supervisor, Greg Van Asten, called the May 19, 2026, session of Board of Review to order at 5:00 p.m. Present as Board of Review members were Greg Van Asten, Allan Maroszek (arriving at 5.24 pm) and Connie Przybylski. Paul Denor, from Fair Market Assessments Inc. the assessing firm for the Town of Angelica, was also present. The Clerk verified that proper notice of the Board of Review had been done. The full first notice of Bo ard of Review was put on the town’s website, posted at the town hall, at the Krakow post office on April 21, 2026. Also posted agenda on May 15, 2026, on the town’s website and at the town hall. The Board of Review Training Affidavit was file d with the State on April 2, 2026 copies of the Notice of Board of Review and Open Book for the Town of Angelica, the Board of Review Member Training Affidavit, a copy of Town of Angelica Ordinance Confidentiality of Income and Expense Information Provided to Assessor for Assessment Purpo ses and a copy of Town of Angelica Ordinance Appointment of Alternate Members for Board of Review was given to Fair Market Assessments Inc. MOTION (Connie Przybylski/Greg Van Asten/PASSED) to appoint Greg Van Asten as Chairperson for the Board of Review. MOTION (Greg Van Asten/Connie Przybylski/PASSED) to appoint Connie Przybylski as Vice-Chairperson for the Board of Review. Paul Denor gave the signed Assessor ’s Affidavit along with the 202 6 Assessment Roll and the Assessor’s Oath to Clerk Connie Przybylski. No objection forms were filed with the Clerk. MOTION (Greg Van Asten/Allan Maroszek/PASSED) to close the Board of Revie w.
