ANNUAL TOWN MEETING ~ APRIL 21, 2026 At 7:00 p.m. 1. Call meeting to order ~ Pledge of Allegiance ~ verification of posting (posted notice on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 and put notice on the town’s website) 2. Minutes of last year’s meeting – will have copies fo r distribution and can eliminate the reading of the minutes if there is a motion to dispense with the reading. Need motion to approve the minutes of last year’s meeting. 3. Financial report for 20 25 ~ read the entire report or have a motion to dispense with reading entirely as cop ies of the report were available at the meeting and on the website. Open the floor for questions in regard to the financial report . Need a motion to approve the 2025 Annual Financial Report. 4. Reports from: a. Pulaski Tri-County Fire Department ~ ……………………. b. If the 20 27 Annual Meeting is to b e held on a date other than Tuesday, April 20, 2027, a motion has to be passed at this meeting to set a date that is within 10 days of the third Tuesday in April of 2027. 11.
