Budget Hearing for Proposed 2026 Town of Angelica Budget November 10, 2025 Town Officials Present: Chairperson Allan Maroszek, Supervisors Greg Van Asten and Brian Eckberg, and Clerk Connie Przybylski Others Present: Susan Pomprowitz, James Mills, Colette Bair, Ralph Janiak, Lauren Bender, and Richard Kucksdorf The Budget Hearing was opened at 6:00 p.m. by Town Chair, Allan Maroszek. [Clerk’s Note: Posting of the Budget Summary and Noti ce of Public Budget Hearing was done on Oc tober 23, 2025 at the town hall, Krakow Post Office and put on the town’s website .] A copy of the proposed 20 26 budget was available to all those in attendance. The Chair opened the hearing and went over the proposed budget and then asked if there were questions from those present. The proposed tax levy of $4 68,905.00 for 2025 taxes was arrived at by using a mil rate of $ 2.50421504 per thousand. The Statement o f Assessment for the Town of Angelica showed an Aggregate Assessed Valuation of $187,246,300. The levy is within the State of Wisconsin tax levy limit. [Clerk’s note: The notice of the meeti ng had been posted on October 2 3, 2025 at the town hall , Krakow Post Office, and was posted on the town’s website] (1) MOTION (Richard Kucksdorf/Susan Pomprowitz/PASSED UNANIMOUSLY) that the Town Tax Levy for 2025 taxes (to be paid in 2026) to be $468,905.00.
