Town of Angelica Board of Review May 14, 2025 The first session of Board of Review for the Town of Angeli ca was held at 6:0 1 p.m., May 14, 2025. Town Supervisor, Greg Van Asten, called the May 14, 2025, session of Board of Review to order at 6:0 1 p.m. Present as Board of Review members were Allan Maroszek (arriving 10 minutes late), Greg Van Asten , Brian Eckberg , and Connie Przybylski . Paul Denor, from Fair Market Assessments Inc. the assessing firm for the Town of Angelica, was also present. The Clerk verified that proper notice of the Board of Review had been done. The first full notice of the Board of Review was put on the town’s website , posted at the town hall , at the Krakow post of fice on April 21, 2025. Also posted the agenda on May 7, 2025, on the town’s website and at the town hall. The Board of Review Training Affidavit was filed with the State on March 26, 2025 copies of the Notice of Board of Review and Open Book for the Town of Angelica, the Board of Review Member Training Affidavit, a copy of Town of Angelica Ordinance Confidentiality of Income and Expense Information Provided to Assessor for Assessment Purpo ses and a copy of Town of Angelica Ordinance Appointment of Alternate Members for Board of Review was given to Fair Market Assessments Inc. MOTION (Greg Van Asten/Connie Przybylski/PASSED) to appoint Brian Eckberg as Chairperson for the Board of Review. MOTION (Connie Przybylski/Brian Eckberg/PASSED) to appoint Greg Van Asten as Vice-Chairperson for the Board of Review. Paul Denor gave the signed Assessor ’s Affidavit along with the 202 5 Assessment Roll and the Assessor’s Oath to Clerk Connie Przybylski. No objection forms were filed with the Clerk. MOTION (Greg Van Asten/Brian Eckberg/PASSED) to close the Board of Review. The Board of Review for 2025 closed at 8:02 p.m. [Clerk’s Notes: The Board of Review Member Trainin g Affidavit showing that James Przybylski, Connie Przybylski, attended training programs on March 18, 2025. Brian Eckberg had training on February 28, 2025. The Board of Review Member Training Affidavit was filed on -line to the Wisconsin Department of Revenue on March 26, 2025.
