Town of Angelica Board of Review May 23, 2023 The first session of Board of Review for the Town of Angeli ca was held at 6:00 p.m., May 23, 2023. Town Chair, James Przybylski, called the May 23, 2023 session of Board of Review to order at 6:00 p.m. Present as Board of Review members were James Przybylski, Greg Van Asten, Brian Eckberg and Connie Przybylski . Paul Denor, from Fair Market Assessments Inc. the assessing firm for the Town of Ang elica, was also present. The Clerk verified that proper notice of the Board of Review had been done. The full first notice of Bo ard of Review was put on the town’s website, posted at the town hall, at the Krakow post office on April 24, 2023. Also posted agenda on May 22, 2023 on the town’s website and at the town hall. The Board of Review Training Affidavit was file d with the State on May 15, 2023 copies of the Notice of Board of Review and Open Book for the Town of Angelica, the Board of Review Member Training Affidavit, a copy of Town of Angelica Ordinance Confidentiality of Income and Expense Information Provided to Assessor for Assessment Purposes and a copy of Town of Angelica Ordinance Appointment of Alternate Members for Board of Review was given to Fair Market Assessments Inc. MOTION (Greg Van Asten/Brian Eckberg/PASSED) to appoint James Przybylski as Chairperson for the Board of Review. MOTION (Brian Eckberg/James Przybylski/PASSED) to appoint Greg Van Asten as Vice-Chairperson for the Board of Review. Paul Denor gave the signed Assessor ’s Affidavit along with the 2023 Assessment Roll and the Assessor’s Oath to Clerk Connie Przybylski. No objection forms were filed with the Clerk. Greg Van Asten had a question about a parcel he owns, but no formal objection form was filed. MOTION (Greg Van Asten/Brian Eckberg/PASSED) to close the Board of Review. The Board of Review for 2023 was closed at 8:02 p.m. [Clerk’s Notes: The Board of Review Member Trainin g Affidavit showing that Greg Van Asten, Ja mes Przybylski, Connie Przybylski had attended training programs on May 1, 2023. Brian Eckberg had training on April 21, 2023. The Board of Review Member Training Affidavit was filed on -line to the Wisconsin Department of Revenue on May 15, 2023.
