NOTICE OF POSSIBLE QUORUM

Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the City of Berlin Common Council might be present for
an Open House on Thursday, October 8, 2026, from 1:00PM – 5:00PM. The event is at Fox
River Industries at 222 Leffert St., Berlin, WI 54923.
Though no City of Berlin business will be acted on, this notice is being posted to comply with
Wisconsin Open Meetings Law, which requires public notice to be given when a quorum of a
governmental body may be gathered together.
