CITY OF GREEN LAKE REGULAR COMMON COUNCIL MEETING – OCTOBER 13, 2025 Meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm by Mayor Raymond Radis. Pledge of Allegiance was recited followed by a moment of silent meditation. Certification of Open Meeting Law: Agenda was posted October 10, 2025. Developers Agreement-Green Lake Partners, LLC: Motion by Foos, second by McConnell to approve the developer agreement between the City of Green Lake and Green Lake Partners, LLC contingent with the changes as discussed and recommended by the committee of the whole, contingent upon final drafting by the city attorney. Ayes: 4 Nays: 0 Absent: 2 Motion carried. National Water College: Motion by Foos, second by McConnell to approve the Letter of Support for the National Water College. Motion carried. Demolition/Preparation of Tennis/Pickleball Courts: Motion by McConnell, second by Pulice to approve the demolition and preparation of the Tennis/Pickleball Courts. Vibrant Spaces Grant: Motion by Foos, second by McConnell to authorize Green Lake Area Chamber of Commers to prepare a Grant Application for Vibrant Spaces in the City of Green Lake. Motion carried. Licenses for ChrGL Pizza LLC D/B/A-Christiano’s Pizza: Motion made by Foos, second by McConnell to grant Class “B” Fermented Malt Beverage and “Class C” Liquor Licenses to ChrGL Pizza LLC, Jacob Renner (Agent), with a premises description of bar and restaurant at 530 State Road 23, Green Lake, WI.
