AGENDA NOTICE OF JOINT REVIEW BOARD MEETING REGARDING THE PROPOSED TERRITORY SUBTRACTION AMENDMENT FOR TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICT (TID) NO.3 IN THE CITY OF GREEN LAKE, WISCONSIN Thursday, October 2, 2025 11:00 a.m. City Hall Council Room 534 Mill Street, Green Lake WI, 54941 1. Call to Order. 2. Roll Call. 3. Approval of the Minutes of June 25, 2025 & September 11, 2025, JRB Meeting. 4. Review and discussion of the proposed Territory Subtraction Amendment for TID No. 3 5. Approval of the Joint Review Board Resolution amending the territory of TID No. 3. 6 Adjourn. The purpose of this meeting is to reconvene the Joint Review Board to review and discuss the Proposed Plan Territory Subtraction Amendment to TID No. 3 for the City of Green Lake, pursuant to Section 66.1105 of the Wisconsin Statutes. A final decision will be made regarding the Territory Subtraction Amendment of TID No. 3, a resolution will be approved, and the municipality will be notified of its decision. This meeting should be concluded in less than 1 hour. The City of Green Lake has signed a contract with Robert W. Baird & Company to assist in the amendment of the project plans listed above. If you have any further questions about the duties of the Joint Review Board or want to discuss this project before the meeting, you may contact the City of Green Lake at 920-294-6912. It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other government bodies of the municipality may attend the above-mentioned meeting to gather information. No action will be taken by any governmental body at this meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to in this meeting.
