CITY OF GREEN LAKE JOINT REVIEW BOARD MEETING – SEPTEMBER 11, 2025 Meeting was called to order at 11:30 am by Deputy Clerk Melissa Zamzow. Certification of Open Meeting Law: Agenda was posted on August 25, 2025. Roll Call: Member at Large Kris Herrell, Moraine Park Technical College Representative Bethany Rusch (via Zoom), Green Lake School Board Representation Susan Sorenson. Absent: City Mayor Raymond Radis. Green Lake County Representative Jason Jerome Also present: Adam Ruechel, Financial Advisor from Robert W. Baird & Company Appointment of Chairperson: Motion by Sorenson, second by Rusch, to appoint Mayor Raymond Radis as Chairperson. Motion carried. Appointment of Public Member: Motion by Sorenson, second by Rusch to appoint Herrell as the Public Member. Motion Carried. Discussion of the Role of the Joint Review Board: Adam Ruechel provided information to members of the responsibilities of the joint review board. Overview and Description of the Tax Incremental District No. 8 being created: Adam Ruechel explained the proposed district and description for Tax Incremental District No. 8.
