CITY OF GREEN LAKE JOINT REVIEW BOARD MEETING – SEPTEMBER 11, 2025 Meeting was called to order at 11:00 am by Deputy Clerk Melissa Zamzow. Certification of Open Meeting Law: Agenda was posted on August 25, 2025. Roll Call: Member at Large Kris Herrell, Moraine Park Technical College Representative Bethany Rusch (via Zoom), Green Lake School Board Representation Susan Sorenson. Absent: City Mayor Raymond Radis. Green Lake County Representative Jason Jerome Also present: Adam Ruechel, Financial Advisor from Robert W. Baird & Company Appointment of At-Large Public Member: Motion by Sorenson, second by Rusch to appoint Herrell as the At-Large Public Member. Motion Carried. Appointment of Chairperson: Motion by Herrell, second by Sorenson to appoint Mayor Raymond Radis as Chairperson. Motion carried. Review and Discussion of the proposed territory subtraction for Tax Incremental District No. 3: Adam Ruechel explained the proposed territory subtraction for Tax Incremental District.
