CITY OF GREEN LAKE JOINT REVIEW BOARD MEETING – JUNE 25, 2025 Meeting was called to order at 11:00 am by Mayor Raymond Radis. Pledge of Allegiance was recited followed by a moment of silent meditation. Certification of Open Meeting Law: Agenda was posted on June 23, 2025. Roll Call:, City Mayor Raymond Radis, Green Lake County Representative Jason Jerome, Member at Large Amy Pipho, & Moraine Park Technical College Representative Tina Brochtrup (via Zoom) Absent: Green Lake School Board Representation Susan Sorenson. Agenda: Motion made by Pipho, second by Brochtrup to approve the agenda. Motion carried. Minutes: Motion made by Pipho, second by Jerome to approve the Minutes of September 26, 2024. Motion carried. 2024 Financial Reports for Tax Incremental Financing Districts #3, #4, #5 and #6: Board reviewed the 2024 Financial Reports for TIF Districts 3, 4, 5 and 6 and prepared by City Auditor. Motion made by Pipho, second by Brochtrup to receive the 2024 Reports as presented. Ayes 4 Nays 0 Motion carried. Motion made by Pipho, second by Jerome to adjourn. Motion carried.
