Minutes Present: Wuest, Triemstra, Reabe, Radtke. Absent: McConnell The meeting was called to order at 1:00 p.m. 1. Pledge of Allegiance was said by all 2. A motion was made to accept the resignation of the Treasurer effective immediately and to remove Amanda Toney from all bank accounts at Horicon and Farmers & Merchants. M/S: Wuest/Reabe. Wuest: Yes; Reabe: Yes; Triemstra: Yes; Radtke: Yes. Motion carried. 3. A motion was made to appoint Kathryn Mehn as Treasurer/Deputy Clerk. Clarification was made that this appointment is to last until the April 2027 term expires, at which time a new appointment will be made. M/S: Wuest/Triemstra. Wuest: Yes; Triemstra: Yes; Radtke: Yes; Reabe: Yes. Motion carried. 4. A motion was made to appoint Amy Wesenberg as Clerk/Deputy Treasurer. M/S: Wuest/Triemstra. Wuest: Yes; Triemstra: Yes; Radtke: Yes; Reabe: Yes. Motion carried. 5. A motion was made to dismiss case number 2025CX000002 involving Marilyn Groves. M/S: Wuest/Radtke.
