Clerk Verifies that a Member has Met the Mandatory Training Requirements 4. The Board of Review Selects a Chairman 5. The Board of Review Selects a Vice Chairman 6. The Assessor Takes the Oath* 7. Assessor’s Presentation of Assessment Roll with Signed Affidavit 8. Objectors Take the Oath and Are Heard 9. Whenever Time Permits the Board Makes Corrections to the Roll and Decisions on Objections 10.Adjourn Finally OR Adjourn to a Specific Date and Time for Final Adjournment *AFTER THE ASSESSOR TAKES THE OATH, ASK IF THERE IS ANYONE PRESENT WHO WILL BE REQUESTING A WAIVER OF THE 48 HOUR NOTICE
