Board Meeting Agenda Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at 4:00 pm In-person at Council Chambers Call Meeting to Order – Hayley Bender, President Jenna Govier, Aaron Peterson, Sheila Ruchti, Daniel Glass, Hayley Bender, Derek Freymiller, Peggy Miles, Amanda Abing, and Ashley Walker were all present. Also, present was CDM, Lydia McLimans. Meeting called to order by President Bender at 4:04pm 1. Old Business/Committee Reports: a. March Reports i. Secretary Report ii. Treasurer Report iii. Marketing Committee Report iv. Membership Committee Report b. April Reports i. Secretary Report ii. Treasurer Report iii. Marketing Committee Report iv. Membership Committee Report Motion by Glass, 2nd by Miles to approve the Secretary & Treasurer’s Report. All in favor, motion carried. 2. New Business: a. Removal/Replacement of Board Members: Tricia Davis and Tamara Nelson-Members will consider other replacement members b. Removal/Addition of people on bank accounts-Motion by Glass, 2nd by Miles to approve McLimans, CDM, and Ruchti, Treasurer on the bank accounts. All in favor, motion carried. c. Discussion of 2023 Subscriptions-No action d. Ribbon Cutting - Rural Mutual - Nicole Steinbach-No action i. Friday, May 19th @ 11:00am ii. Open House 11-2 iii. Udder Brothers 11-1 e. Graduation Cards-No action i. Please sign them f. 2023 Events-No action, just an update i. Garage Sale/Maker’s Market 1. Garage sale numbers have been delivered 2. Maps at all banks, gas stations and Memorial Building ii. Golf Outing 1. Date confirmed June 15th 2. Waiting for call back from Hickory Grove this week iii. Chicken BBQ 1. Talked to Benders and will we meet after garage sales to get everything squared away Adjourn. Motion by Walker, 2nd by Freymiller to adjourn at 4:44 pm.
