Board Meeting Agenda Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at 4:00 pm In-person at Council Chambers Call Meeting to Order – Hayley Bender, President at 4:08 pm. Those present were Ashley Walker, Amanda Abing, Peggy Miles, Hayley Bender, Jenna Govier, Sheila Ruchti, Rhonda Hubbard, and Chase Hestetune. 1. Committee Reports: a. May Reports i. Secretary Report – Ashley-Was uploaded to portal, but will wait until next month to approve ii. Treasurer Report – Sheila-Motion to approve the Treasurer’s Report by Walker with a second by Abing. All in favor. Motion carried. iii. Marketing Committee Report – Ashley-Back to School Event is on July 24, 2023 iv. Membership Committee Report – Hayley-No updates 2. Old Business a. Removal/Replacement of Board Members: Tricia Davis and Tamara Nelson-Looking at potential businesses that would be a great addition to the board. Throwing out some ideas, and will followup 3. New Business: a. Ribbon Cuttings/CARE Calls-Looking for a date for Willow & Ivy b. Upcoming Events i. Chicken BBQ - Tuesday, July 11th-Tickets will be out 06/22/2023 ii. Back to School Bash - Monday, July 24th c. Advertising i. Chicken BBQ- 1. Fennimore Times $116/week-We will just run the week of July 6th in the Chamber Newsletter. 2. Lancaster Reminder $155/week 3. BOTH $182/week-Just putting in the Chamber Newsletter. a. Need to know by tomorrow b. 3x4 color ad 4.
