Chamber Marketing Committee Meeting Agenda Tuesday, February 7, 3:30 pm at the Memorial Building, Jessica’s office Committee Chairs – Denise Tolzman & Ashley Walker 1. Holiday Light Challenge/Parade Winner – Announcement & Award a. The Holiday Light Challenge winners are the Jahnke boys and the Holiday Parade winner was Allied Redi-Mix. We ordered awards from Embroidery Express & More for $25 each. 2. Outdoor Sports Expo a. We voted to place 2x3 ads in the Reminder, the Courier, and the Trader for two weeks for a total of $111/week. b. We voted to set the vendor registration deadline as February 26. If we do not have 10 vendors registered by that date, we may have to cancel the event. c. We have one Platinum sponsor, Bender Outdoors, and one Gold Sponsor, Vortex Optics. 3. Taste of Fennimore a. We are working on scheduling a Taste of Fennimore committee meeting. 4. Citywide Garage Sale & Maker’s Market a. The Citywide Garage Sale & Maker’s Market is scheduled for May 18 – 20. This year, the Maker’s Market will be a spring craft show in the Memorial Building on May 20. If the weather is nice, we can give vendors the option to set up on 8th Street. If expansion is needed, we can see if we can utilize the Elementary School. 5. Open discussion a. As a transition, we will have to give Facebook admin access to someone and transfer the Venmo account from Jessica’s cell phone number.
