Approve committees, committee chairs, and committee charters a. Budget & Audit Committee-Chair-Glass, Govier, Helms, Ruchti, Walker b. Membership Committee-Chair-Bender, Glass, Peterson, Day, Ruchti, Helms c. Taste of Fennimore Committee-Govier, Bender, Walker, Miles. We will check with other existing non-board member for renewed interest. d. Marketing Committee-Chair-Walker, Gobier, Bender, Miles, Monroe, Freymiller, include Davis and Nelson on emails. e. Review and approve donations-Motion by Glass to approve donation of $250 to Fennimore Railroad Museum, and Fennimore Doll & Toy Museum, Glass 2nd. All in favor. Motion Carried. 10. Set 2023 meeting Calendar-Starting in 2023, meetings will be the third Wednesday of each month at 4pm. Next meeting December 14th at 4pm 11. Adjourn-5pm
