Shop Local contest-Angie will drop off buckets with Jessica, and entires will be picked up in a week. 2. Business of the Month – 2022 and first part of 2023-October is Sunset Fields, November-Fennimore Times, December-Lusy’s, January-Braudt’s. 3. Holiday Fen-stival-2 Gold Sponsors (Kara’s Massage, and New Horizons) ($500), Silver Sponsors (Pagel Services, Suppz, Allied) ($250), and Bronze (Tina’s Bark ‘N Beauties, Rural Mutual Insurance: Susan Brugger) ($100) We have $1,950 in sponsorship after only two emails being sent out. We already have 9 runners registered, 3 parade entries, 1 lights in the park entry.. Potentially going to reach out to students, either high school or SWTC Graphic Design students to see if they’d like to design a Reindeer Run shirt, time permitting. Expected income is $3,5000 for event. 4. 2023 events • February 21st-Kick off to 2023 Meeting • March-Fly Fishing • Taste of Fennimore-That board needs to meet to decide a date. • May 18, 19, 20th-Garage Sales • May-Cinco de Mayo • June 15th -Golf Outing • July-Back to School-Need to know summer school dates • July 11th-Chicken BBQ-Verify with committee • August-Bar Olympics/Wine Walk/Meat Smoking Competition • September-Heritage Days, Homecoming (Potential for FFD to partner with Heritage Days) • October-Haunted Hike-Collaborate with Family in Faith/SWTC. • October-Completed List of future year’s events • October-Membership Committee Meeting (Set new due amount, prior to Budget Committee Meeting • October-Budget Committee Meeting (Present & approve in November Board Meeting) • November-Fenstival • November-Annual Membership Meeting • December-Annual Board Meeting • Always potential to partner with Chamber Businesses/Organization as opportunities present themselves, or as needed. a.
