Board Meeting Agenda – Thursday, October 13 at 4:00 pm In-person at Memorial Building, Council Chambers or Zoom https://us06web.zoom.us/j/81943332319 Meeting ID: 819 4333 2319 Call Meeting to Order – Lori Barry, President-Called to order at 4:05pm Kara Stewart, Daniel Glass, Sheila Ruchti, Lori Barry, Hayley Bender, Ashley Walker, Rhonda Hubbard, Amanda Abing, Holly Straka, Jessica Helms. 1. Old Business/Committee Reports a. Secretary Report – Ashley Walker-Stewart motion to approve, 2nd by Bender. All in favor, motion carried. b. Treasurer Report – Sheila Ruchti-Bender motion to approve, 2nd by Stewart. All in favor, motion carried. c. Marketing Committee Report – Marketing Committee-Reindeer Run will be another activity added to the 2nd Annual Fenstival held on November 26. Stewart motion to approve adding another activity to the Fenstival, 2nd by Bender. All in favor, motion carried. d. Bylaws update – Daniel Glass-No quorum, so no decision, will discuss at Chamber Annual Meeting. e. Chamber annual meeting – Lori Barry-Meeting is October 27th, 2022 at SWTC>. 2. New Business a. CARE Call and Ribbon Cutting schedule-Lashes of Fennimore, Energizer • November 12 at 1:00 pm – Sunset Fields, 925 Eisenhower Street b. Budget proposal-Budget is currently $-4,670 as proposed. Still a work in progress. c. D&O Liability Insurance-Directors and Officers Liability Insurance $450 min monthly amount. Bid from Brechler’s annually up to $1,000. Glass made a motion to approve the Directors and Officers Insurance, Straka 2nd. All in favor, motion carried. d. 100 anniversary celebration financials-Income was $434, expense, which was covered by a grant, was $7,051.89. e. Recordkeeping of email approvals-Going forward we will have a space on the Agenda’s to Ratify minutes since last meeting. This would include votes via email, and we would track the amount of yays, and nays. f. Schedule November and December Board meetings-Already scheduled November 9th, and December 8th. February will be the kick off meeting. Adjourn-Meeting adjourn at 5:12pm.
