Membership Committee Meeting Minutes October 26 @ 3:00 pm Members Invited: Lori Barry, Sheila Ruchti, Matt Rutkowski, Adam Day, Holly Straka, Hayley Bender, Jessica Helms Members Present: Lori Barry, Sheila Ruchti, Adam Day, Hayley Bender and Jessica Helms Items Discussed: - Reviewed current dues structure and compared to other are chambers. Committee recommends keeping dues the same for 2023. - Include sponsorship opportunities for 2023 with dues invoice. - Goal is to mail membership packets with invoices out the 1st week of December. - Discussed responsibilities of membership committee. o Reviewing annual dues structure and making recommendation to the board o Assisting with mailing of annual packets o Nominating Committee o Recruitment of new members o Coordination of Membership Meetings Items Not Discussed due to time: Is it possible to survey our members to get feedback as to what they would like in terms of education/training/business assistance and meetings?
