Village of Holmen Board Meeting Announcement and Agenda Community Room, Holmen Village Hall, 421 S. Main Street October 8, 2026 7:00 pm The Holmen Village Board will hold their regular monthly meeting on Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the Village Hall, 421 S. Main Street. The Board will consider convening into closed session for items in Closed Session #19: Authority: §19.85(1) (e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session Purpose: Holmen Area Fire District Investments Purpose: Shared Ride Contract Negotiations with Municipal Partners Authority: §19.85(1) (g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted b y the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.
