Special Board Meeting Page 1 of 1 04/21/26 Village of Holmen Board Proceedings April 21, 2026 President Barlow called the Special Holmen Village Board meeting to order at 6:00 pm on April 21, 2026, at the Holmen Village Hall. Board members present: Patrick Barlow, Dawn Kulcinski, Micah Wyss, Rich Anderson, Sam Kube, Travis Elam and Doug Jorstad. Also present were Administrator Heinig and Director of Operations & Finance/Clerk/Treasurer Hornberg, Captain Spears, Park & Recreation Director Geary and Public Works Director/Engineer Dahl. President Barlow presented the 2026/2027 Committee appointments. The group had a brief discussion regarding some informational updates to the list. Dawn Kulcinski/Doug Jorstad motioned to ratify Village President’s April 21, 2026 to April 19, 2027 Committees and Commissions as amended. The motion carried 7-0.
