Stormwater Utility — Minutes

Town of Onalaska Stormwater Utility Minutes January 6, 2026 1. Meeting was called to order by Paula Przywojski, members present: Paula Przywojski, Dale Shefelbine and Emy Monroe (via zoom). Marc Schultz was excused. Mary Rinehart was also present. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. 2. Motion to approve agenda by Shefelbine/Monroe passed unanimously. 3. Motion to approve minutes from October 7, 2025 meeting by Monroe/Shefelbine passed unanimously. 4. Motion to approve bills and finance by Przywojski/Shefelbine passed unanimously. 5. Public Comment (3-minute time limit): Email from Dave Drazkowski regarding item 6 was read. 6. Discussion and possible action making recommendation to Town Board regarding sweeper replacement or reconditioning Motion by Shefelbine/Monroe to get estimates from the county for sweeping the town roads and estimate from Tymko for drum reconditioning. Motion passed unanimously. 7. Discussion relating to 2026 Storm Water Utility budget including but not limited to possible project identification. Motion by Shefelbine/Monroe to approve the 2026 Stormwater budget as proposed. Motion passed unanimously. 8.
