Town Board Meeting
November 18, 2025
The Town Board meeting was called to order on November 18, 2025 at 7:15 p.m. at the Town of
Onalaska Town Hall by Paula Przywojski, Chairperson. Members present: Paula Przywojski, Emy
Monroe, Luke Marcou, Frank Fogel and Betty DeBoer (via Zoom). Kim Reibel was also present.
Motion to approve the agenda by Marcou/ Monroe passed unanimously.
Discussion regarding 2026 Town of Onalaska budget: The 2025 levy limit was discussed as
related to 2026 operating budget. The 2025 levy is within the mandated limit. Motion by
Marcou/ Fogel to approve the 2025 levy and adopt the 2026 operating budget passed
unanimously.
Motion to adjourn by Fogel/Marcou passed unanimously at 7:18 p.m.
